Physical Reactions is a mixed media on wood panels measuring a total of 16 x 16 feet. It is an experiment with the study of gravity. In this installation I have abandoned the traditional use of paintbrush and instead playing with the element of indirect control and the element of chance. Different videos of 7, 2, and 0.45 minutes describes the unique experience shared with public audience at Hollywood Art and Culture Center during 10 hours performance.
Physical Reactions has been painted/executed on the floor and due to its own dynamical power has not only one way to be read but many. It’s total measuring is 16 x 16 feet or 4.88 x 4.88 meters.
This large format makes Physical Reactions ideal for lobbies and large spaces. In addition its own composition of 16 wooden panels allows the painting to be fragmented creating smaller different compositions or to be displayed in sequences of similar images maintaining perfect harmony.
